Returns Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your goods, contact us within 7 days to discuss and resolve the issue.
For a refund or replacement, returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Please enclose your original invoice. Returns must be received promptly.
Unless agreed otherwise in advance, the return of goods is at your cost and risk.
Delivery
Free delivery by courier New Zealand-wide for orders over $200. Please note this does not include items too large or heavy to be delivered by courier eg sewing cabinets. A delivery fee for any such item will be negotiated in each case.
$10 courier fee for all other non-rural orders*.
$16 courier fee for all rural delivery orders*.
Orders are sent out within 2 working days of receipt of payment. If there's a delay, we'll contact you.
Delivery is by PBT Couriers.
Please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery in ordinary circumstances. RD addresses usually take 1 or 2 extra days.
We do not deliver outside New Zealand. *For Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, or Waiheke Island, please contact us to arrange delivery.
