Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased, please contact us within 7 days to discuss and resolve the issue.

For a refund or replacement, goods returned must be unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please enclose your original invoice. Returns must be received within 14 days.

We are unable to accept returns of machine parts other than for faulty goods.

For items with a value over $30.00 we recommend using a traceable return freight method. We cannot be held responsible for returning items damaged or lost in transit.

Goods are returned to us at your cost and risk.


Shipping

Small size purchases 

Wool, haberdashery and parts that fit in one courier envelope (small, A4 or A3) will incur a standard charge - North Island $5, South Island $7. Plus $5 extra to RD addresses.

 

Free Delivery 

Free delivery New Zealand-wide on all domestic sewing machines and overlockers over $499

 

Machine Delivery Charges

Courier charges for machines and dress dummies $499 and under:

North Island $15
South Island $20
Plus $5 extra to RD addresses

Very large and/or heavy items (sewing furniture, roller presses) will be freighted at charges to be advised.   

 

Delivery time within New Zealand  
Orders are sent out within 2 working days of receipt of payment. If there's a delay,we'll contact you.

Delivery to most destinations is via PBT Couriers.

Please allow 2 - 3 working days for regular delivery.

RD addresses usually take 1 - 2 extra days.

Delivery to earthquake affected areas will also take extra days.

Deliveries to PO Boxes are via NZ Post. (Please allow up to 5 working days).

 

We do not deliver outside New Zealand .
